AAA Appliances will be my go-to for appliances from here on out. I needed a full set of kitchen and laundry appliances. Unlike at Best Buy, Lowes, and other large stores, the staff at AAA took time to assess what I thought I wanted and guided me. They matched the lowest price available at the large stores and their customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Recently i needed to purchase a new washer and a month later a dryer. they were very helpful. The prices compared to Home Depot and best buy but the customer service was much better. THEY WERE NICE. I actually ordered the wrong dryer i ordered electric and i needed gas. Who knew I saw a plug figured it was electirc. did not find out to when they delivered. the drivers were nice and did not make me feel dump. they took back the item i ordered the correct type of dryer and i was still only charged for one delivery fee not the one with the wrong item because of me. My freeze just went. All these appliances that failed were not from AAA. I will be ordering my freezer from them. I prefer to make purchases from local vendors rather than big corporations and the prices were in line so why not give business to locals?

This is my third time purchasing appliances through AAA in Jamaica Plain. I am a repeat customer because not only do they give me a great price, (and will price match other competitors) their customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about appliances and I was able to get exactly what I needed..they also provide a delivery service, which worked out great for me. They were not only accommodating and courteous, but they were there when they said they would be.

I purchased yet another appliancee at AAA in Jamaica Plain. I shopped around for a French Door refrigerator that several competators were selling at the same price. When I called AAA Appliance they had the lowest price by several hundred dollars. This refrigerator was delivered within 4 days by the most professional delivery team I have seen in years. The store team is the best there is. My entire home has come from AAA over the years. I highly recommend them for your next appliance.

I have bought appliances from this company years ago.. I switched to the big box stores in hopes of better pricing.... Since Corvid shortages , I couldn't get an American made fridge without out a huge wait and fewer choices.I called Dean, he ordered and delivered my new GE refrigerator in 10 days.AAA PRICE MATCHED OTHER RETAILERS! - add to that, superb service & delivery was on time and they called to make sure we were ready.I'm back to using this great small companyFrancie Hauck

Needed window AC asap. Called him Monday asking for a specific unit in high demand. Said he'll put the order in and hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow on Tuesday but no guarantees, otherwise it'll arrive on Thursday. I receive a call the next day on Tuesday and he lets me know the AC has arrived. Amazing. AC works perfectly and he handled the exchange kindly and professionally. No idea what's up with the bad reviews.

Unlike some of the previous reviews, I had no problems with the price and delivery of 3 applicances on 3 separate occasions, the most recent being right after the Monday blizzard. Installation was done right on time and with care ...
