I purchased this in April after reading reviews. I have an LG dvd player and it has worked well for 6 years so I gave their air conditioner a try. This through the wall unit so far runs quietly and efficiently It seems to be powerful. It cools the air from my living area to my kitchen. To date I am quite pleased.

We bought this unit about 3 weeks ago and has been a waste of money and it doesnt cool anything. When we called customer service they informed us that the unit doesnt cool unless its greater than 70 degrees faranheit. Well guess what its above 70 and its still not cooling. It seems they believe if its 70 oitside its 70 inside which is not the case. If you want your room to be cool I suggest looking else where.

I bought it little bit more than a month ago and so far satisfied. Cooling really well also I like auto mode so it stops when temperature reached your desired setting. It is not very quiet as I would like but the noise is not worse than the other units I have.
