Unfortunately my experience with the LG range has been horrible. After only 4 months of having purchased it I have no control over the burners. The control knobs do not function properly. I have been waiting over a month for repair parts to be received by third party service vendor. Not happy.

Faulty range top

I bought the range May of 2024. After owning it four approximately two months the burners stopped working independently of each other.I would turn one on and another burner would come on the the same time. I was not able to regulate the temperature. I called LGthey sent out a repairman to repair the range. They could not repair it. They are sending a new range to replace this one. I appreciate them replacing the range with a new one. Show me great customer service. Greatly appreciate it thank you very much.

Decent oven option but weary of issues

I bought this oven because of the package deal if we bought 4 LG appliances. The features were all very cool and the machine looks slick. The first issue for me was that the stovetop is very difficult to clean and always looks like it has marks on it. Secondly after under a month of use one of the burners had a fuse issue and the burner would turn on whenever any of the other knobs were turned on. This was a huge headache for the week until we were able to get it fixed. Otherwise it works well but still a bit concerned that such a new product had such a big issue and worried that it may happen again.

motherboard failure and poor customer service

Purchased 7 weeks ago. Burners malfunctioned with several burners turning on at the same time. Almost set my pan on fire. Oven door locked also. Repair person says it needs new motherboard. Really??? 7 weeks old. I requested a replacement and have been very disappointed in their response. I have been a purchaser of LG appliances for many years. This will be the last.

Never buy LG again

I bought this stove three months ago. The air fryer does not work. Instead of cooking faster than the stove it takes four times as long. The button to turn on the oven doesnt work to set the oven temp you have to turn it off and on twice I am still waiting for parts for the first attempt at fixing it

I bought the range about two months ago love the design and features at first everything was fine loved it but unfortunately after a month of use the range started to have some problems you would turn on one burner and another burner will come on too and now its to the point were its unsafe to use it because no matter what burner you turn on one or two burners will Come on at the same time in Hi mode no way to lower the heat so I call LG its a well known problem is what they say so I got an appointment but its been almost a month and have not got a call back from LG so whats the point of having a brand new electric rage if you cant use it

Oven temperature issues on LSEL6335FE

An LG servicer told me that I must use and external digital thermometer to know the actual inside temperature. If the Bake option is selected and set at 350 the inside oven temperature as measured digitally only gets to 330 degrees or so. If the Bake option is selected at 360 the inside oven temperature will measure at 400+ degrees. On the Bake option the inside convection fan runs almost continuously so I believe that the oven is functioning as a convection oven even when set on Bake. Please help I have had servicers out here five times now in the 12 weeks I have owned this range.

I have cooked and baked with the oven so far. The oven hot air feature works great. The top eye On The left Front doesnt control very well. These slightest touch of the control buttons moves too easily. Making this a safety Hazard.

Pretty But Dysfunctional

Ive not had this unit 2 months and I cannot get a decent answer to address a problem I have with the LED panel. The panel is not fully illuminated and they keep telling me the model I have doesnt have a backlight feature. However what it does have is not lit up properly. Im only 2 months in with this unit and is very displeased at this time. For the previous reasons I dont recommend the LSEL6335FE unit its just not worth the headache.

Bought this in may and it broke almost instantly about 2 weeks after having it. Unfortunately Lowes return policy is 48 hrs for appliances so I am stuck with LG customer service. Avoid this company like the plague. They outsource their customer service to over seas call centers which most large companies do. The center they outsource to makes Dell look like Disney world. Spent 2 hrs on the phone for them to misdiagnose it then they sent me to a third party appliance repair company. They had to order over a dozen parts. Its been broken twice as long as its taken to get those parts delivered. One month waiting and still nothing. IF A UNIT BREAKS AFTER 2 WEEKS MAYBE DONT REQUIRE 12 PARTS TO BE ORDERED REPLACE THE BROKEN UNIT YOU DELIVERED.

Like this style with no back sleek and modern looking. Good thing it has a lock feature on it though as the front knows are very easy to turn on by accident when leaning against them slightly to get things out of the cabinets above and to the side.

Fantastic efficient oven. I wouldve preferred to have the dials angled up more and no rubber ring around the glass top. Makes it harder to clean. But all in all a great purchase.
