Beautiful Slide In Range

This slide in range makes a great upgrade to my kitchen. Feels like a built in. The oven is a beautiful blue color usually seen in much more expensive ranges. Great speed in stove top heating. The range is so sleek and beautiful that I think I need to upgrade my cookware

Works great but the control panel is extremely difficult to read there is no way to set a start time for delayed cooking without a smart device called LG for information and they referred me back to my place of purchase.

Great stove with more smart bells and whistles then weve had time to play with. Looks great and works great. Weve had it for 6 months
However we did develop a crack in the glass we dont know why nothing was dropped. It started small but now runs edge to edge. Dealing with LGs support team has been frustrating but were hoping they live up their reputation and stand behind their product.
I will update this review when this issue is resolved.

After purchasing my new range I have had difficulties collaborating the temperature. I have had service people out and it still doesnt heat to the correct temperature.

The range is 3 weeks old and the cooktop just wont come clean. I have followed all LG recommendations for cleaning and it still looks stained. The control panel doesnt have a light and is impossible to read especially at night. Very disappointed in this product.

Initially I was very excited to receive this range It is beautiful and fit well within my budget.
However I was extremely disappointed the first time my husband and I went to use the oven. I saw him bent over to read the front panel about 3 away The words Bake Broil Timer Start etc. along with the up and down arrows to set the oven temperature and timer are written in dark gray against a shiny black background. I finally pulled out my flashlight so we could see where to press the arrows to preheat the oven. The actual temperature for the oven are THEN easily seen in bright red letters.
This is UNACCEPTABLE in my opinion I shouldnt have to stand 3 from the panel or use a flashlight to operate he oven for years to come.
I contacted Home Depot within 24 hours of delivery to express my concern. They directed me to LG who I immediately called. LG Customer Service checked a few things and I was told the black control panel was not designed to be illuminated so my oven is not broken or defective. In other words they couldnt help me.
I told them this was an unacceptable response so my concern was escalated and I was given a reference number. They were to call me back within 24-36 hours. They did not. I called them again re-explained my concern and told them I did NOT want to keep the oven. I expect them to remove it and reimburse me. I was to receive a call within 24 hours. I have not. It has been 34 hours without a call. Twice then they have not called me back within the time frame I was told they would.
I chose an LG appliance because Consumer Reports gave them a high rating. I am beginning to think the rating is undeserved.
In my opinion this is a design flaw on their part and I shouldnt have to pay the price for their mistake. It is not an unreasonable expectation that I should be able to read their control panel to operate their appliance without having to stand 3 away or use a flashlight
By the way this is the first time I have left a negative review in my entire life.
If LG contacts me and resolves this issue to my satisfaction I will follow up with a review stating so. I hope they do.

Bought this stove a year ago. Have never been able to cook something properly. At first I thought its converting regular recipes to gluten free. Then I tried gluten free recipes still no good. Then I tried recipes I know were fool proof never had issue with before that didnt work. I tried following the rack positions and temp setting in the owner manual. Nothing worked So I bought a thermometer to put in the oven and guess what oven is NEVER at the right temp. Recipes work if I have time to stand there and manually adjust the temp. LG replaced parts and Im still having issues. Tech support said not to adjust any settings now that parts have been replaced. I just need to learn how to use the new technology. Im a good cook and cant even get frozen French fries to cook properly. I am beyond frustrated with food costs being what they I cant afford for food to not turn out. Im a good cook and feel like a huge failure because NOTHING turns out right I just want my money back so I can get an oven that works.

I like my range. However my oven cooks 50 degrees cooler than its supposed to. Ive called and tried to recalibrate it but it still doesnt cook to the correct temperature.

I brought this stove during a remodel and when purchased it did not have the racks inside wife contacted the customer service and they pushed her off after a few weeks i got with customer service and corrected the issue and received the racks about 7 days later. seems to be a nice range

My LG electric stove was installed on December 15. When I opened the oven there were no oven racks no instructions no warranty information no spray bottle no scouring pad and no rear filler. I have called the LG customer service line FOUR times and I have only received one oven rack. The stovetop works but I cant use the oven because I dont have the instructions. I have never heard of this happening with any appliance. I am wondering if I received a new oven or one that was delivered to someone else and then returned for a reason I havent uncovered since I cant use the oven. I need the missing parts sent as soon as possible. How does this happen to a reputable brand like LG. Please help

I purchased this a month ago and so far it has been great though the instruction manual could use some improvement. Nonetheless I figured out its quirks like the warmer burner and am very pleased with it.

First time I used the the electric stove the glass stained white and no matter how I tried to clean it it would not get clean I called your customer service and was told it was not covered under the guerantee How is it possible I only had the stove 2 weeks and the first time using it Very disappointed in you company
