Great induction top

The Bosch induction cooktop is powerful. It reaches the chosen temperature within seconds. It get the water boiled within 5 minutes on setting 8. If you put on setting 9, the oil can reaches 350F within 30 seconds. It is also easy to clean. Just wipe it with soft cloth. I also use the Bosch cleaning agent once a week to maintain it.

this is the second stove top we purchased from Bosch and it performs solidly. We have a minor complaint about the control UI, as the feedback tones are very loud turning the product on or changing temperature. But otherwise it is well worth the money.

This is our second induction cooktop which does the job. However, the controls are not as user friendly or easy to operate as our prior cooktop ( not a Bosch). Also, it would have been nice if Bosch had drawn the outline of the placements of the pots in a contrasting color. Very hard to see. I suppose this was meant to be stylish, but this is one time where function should overrule fashion.

I have had my Cooktop for about a month. We have become friends. I very much like the temperature control induction provides. Design-wise, my only comment is that the largest burner might be easier to use if it were on yhe right hand side instead of middle. Having to lift a larger pot or pan pan which would likely be heavy would be easier if the larger element was closer to the controls.

I grew up on electric coils which are terrible to cook with for several reasons. As an adult I started using gas cooktops which are sooooo much better. Recently we got a new home which had electric coils which i could not stand lol. On a recommendation I gave induction a change and I am so glad I went with induction over gas! Some of my favorite things are: 1. Instant on/off 2. Uniform heat throughout an element 3. Cleans up easy 4. Speed boost is a game changer for boiler water I installed this myself and had to make a few small modifications for the air flow but it wasn't too bad.

Terrible. Designed for aesthetics, not use.

I've been living with this stove top for a few months now. I love to cook elaborate meals and use it several times a day. It's functionality is absolutely awful. Like most anything made these days, they are entirely designed for asthetic, and not for functional reliable use. Keep in mind as you read ahead what cooking is all about: Heat control Lets start with the buttons: The buttons are very slow and unresponsive. That alone renders this product as terrible. With a traditional stove top, setting a tempature, or turning of a burner is as simple as rotating a dial which takes fractions of a second. Instead we have buttons that control the "heat". On this stove top the "heat" cycle in increments of .5. To cycle from 0 to 10 takes exactly 10 seconds (I timed it). So imagine juggling multiple pans/pots where you need to attend the food. Instead of being able to flick a knob and turn of a burner in a matter of a second, you now have to hold a button for 7 seconds to turn your burner from 7 to off. You make think I'm being a nit, but I encourage you to think about this next time you are cooking your meal. And WHY with the beeping. Why does everything these days need to beep so loud. You can turn it of when selecting heat ranges, but it's still there for everything else. The Burners: What was Bosch thinking when they placed the burners right up against oneanother? It's awful when you are trying to juggle multiple burners and the pots/pans are touching. There is no room for the handles, they have to point outwards to the sides. And to put both of the large ones in the back? Majority of the cooking (unless you favor soup) is done in saute and frying pans which usually range at minumum in the 8"+ . The two front burners are BOTH 5.5" in diameter. Who on earth uses 5.5" diameter Anything? In addition, the burners emit a loud, pulsing, high frequency sound. Icing on the cake is this stove top cost 2k! See it in person BEFORE you buy. Try to imagine it with your cooking habits, your pots/pans, and in your kitchen! I completely regret purchasing this product. I'm making plan to scrap it already and I'm looking forward to the day it's gone! Thanks for scamming me Bosch!
