Second time to replace filter after almost a years use by two people using the water dispenser rarely. Again, having trouble inserting filter replacement after watching video, text, and picture instructions. Ordered two, and tried the second one with same result of water pouring out on the floor. Guess now I will spend more time when calling Whirlpool support in the morning. This refrigerator is about one year old and cost nearly $4000. Likely shop a different brand next time.
