The size, the ease of the racks are all perfect. I don't love the reaction of the touchscreen. It often takes more than one or two time to get it to react. Also, I need to see if I can change the timer sounds. I'm not a fan.

Have had this product for less than 9 months and it has completely stopped working. I am very disappointed in this company. They want to send a repair technician that says they need to order parts and now they can™€™t find my parts and it™€™s been 2 weeks. I specifically ordered this product for our new construction home and our cabinets were built around this appliance. The customer service person at Frigidaire offered to order parts but I would have to put them on myself and attempt to fix the problem. EMBARRASSING for a big name company to do that with a product that is still under its one year manufacturing warranty. I will NEVER purchase from Frigidaire ever again. This is your warning to never order ANYTHING from this place. No one will help you and much less offer to do anything for the inconvenience. I would rather spend the money on a company that actually cares about their customers.

Extremely Disappointed with Frigidaire and the entire company. I used to recognize Frigidaire as a reputable company that made good products and valued customer service, but when the time comes for my next set of appliances I will NOT be using this company for anything. We purchased the entire Frigidaire gallery lineup when we built our home (over $6,000) in Jan 2024. Our first issue came on delivery. The fridge came completely busted up in the back and would not even slide into our cabinets to hookup. By the way Frigidaire, our cabinets were all built around YOUR terrible products, so guess what. The fridge wouldn™€™t slide into the insert because it was so busted up. Hours and hours later after dealing with customer service, you guys finally decided that you would bring us an INFERIOR fridge since the gallery fridge we ordered would take another 4-5 weeks to get here from China.. I was so disappointed with the service I received since I just spent $6,000 on a full lineup of their products. I thought that might actually mean something. Fast forward to Oct 2024 and our microwave oven combo goes out. We still have our one year warranty so we expected Frigidaire to replace THEIR product and send us a new replacement. WRONG! Frigidaire sends out a local contracted repair man to work on our oven. After determining the whole thing was completely shot, he would need to order parts to pull out and rebuild the entire oven microwave combo!! This has been going on for over a week now and we are still waiting on parts to be delivered to hopefully get our oven and microwave back going. Frigidaire I will do everything in my power to make sure that NOBODY I know ever does business with you. I will never purchase anything from you again. Frigidaires idea of taking care of their customers is by making them fight and argue with customer service just to send out INFERIOR products or leave their customers without an oven & microwave for weeks at a time just to repair the product that is obviously not very well manufactured!! Please read this review and imagine spending your hard earned money on ™€œnice™€Appliances and then watching your wife and kids be inconvenienced for weeks at a time because Disappointed poor customer service. I hope thousands of hard working people read this and choose to spend their money with another company!! Be aware you will be dealing with a language barrier with customer service and get absolutely nowhere with them, just like Frigidaire intends it to be!!

Alarm Sound is too much

The alarm sound and setting is ridiculous. The sound is annoying and beeps far too often. We changed the volume to 20% (the lowest setting other than off). It was still too annoying. Now, we turned it off, and that makes all sounds off by default. No microwave done sound, no preheat complete sound, no timer done sound. If they would offer a tone that isn't piercing and too often, it would be fine. For the cost, youd think the sound would be better or more configurable. It cooks just like any other oven and microwave does, but the sound makes it worse.

Fifteen months old and the microwave began emitting white smoke and an acrid odor during use. Appliance repair technician determined it is irreparable. Warranty is expired. Only option is to replace it, which we will; with a Kitchen Aid combination wall oven.

Stopped working within a year - told by customer service it is not covered

Hello Frigidaire.We bought our microwave / oven combo last year (2023). In early 2024 it started giving us occasional problems - the microwave would run but not heat the food. It was so intermittant that we didn't figure out exactly what was going on for a few months. When I called customer service it was the 13-14 month mark, Customer Service told me it was outside the 1 year warranty period and (in nicer words) too bad. I spoke with someone overseas who did not catch the nuance that the prpblem started before the one year point. Now we are at the 18 month point and the power went out. Likely is the motherboard. When the appliance works, it is a good oven/microwave. We like the refrigerator we bought from you a few years ago. However...Frigidaire - I expect your products to work properly for within the first year or two of purchase. It doesn't work at all. It is not under any sort of abuse. Please stand by your product and help get this fixed, before I have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix a several thousand dollar appliance. Thank you.

This model replaced a 38 year old Frigidaire combo that was already in the house that I recently bought. It still worked, but I wanted to update this with a new model. This new model is great so far! It's easy to operate, it has a touch screen that allows you to control the microwave and the oven. When you set the temperature, you can also set the amount of time you want the food to cook. I haven't used the air fryer as of yet. I bought the air fryer tray that should have been included. I intend to use the fryer soon. I love the removal rack that lengthens. This makes it easy to check on what you are cooking. I just hope this combo lasts as long as the original that came with the house!

Love the fact there is element visible inside the oven. It will be so easy to keep clean. Also love that we can control the volume of the beeping. Installation was a challenge as you have to support the back of the oven to keep the bottom from pushing out. There is no option to screw the lower portion to the cabinet, so we built a support for the back of the oven.

Other than installation scheduling issues with the store it was purchased from, we have had no problems with the oven itself. Cooks evenly, lots of options, easy to navigate menus. It looks fantastic in the kitchen, very modern, very sleek. The microwave is large and seems to heat foods quicker that our old unit. The oven space is also very large and fits large pizza stones easily, that were a very tight squeeze in our old unit. All in all, we are very pleased.

Lasted less than a year, Frigidaire will NOT cover labor to service

Worked for ~10 months and then the control panel went black. Called Frigidaire for warranty support and they stated they only cover the parts, not the labor to disconnect and reconnect the unit. Frigidaire will not budge on this stance so now I am stuck paying a repair which should be covered by warranty.

This oven and all of our new Frigidaire appliances are pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! It was delivered in November. The next day I went to use it and it would start to preheat and then trip the circuit so I had no microwave or oven. Waited two weeks for repair man to come two days before Thanksgiving. He discovered after over an hour that it was some metal clip in the back that was tripping the breaker. He bent it back into place. Three weeks ago, I walked into the kitchen, and the whole thing was dead. Repair man was here for 90 minutes. The appliance fuse was blown, and he didn™€™t know why. Finally determined it was two safety sensors on either side of the microwave door that blew the fuse. Now we have to wait another two weeks for the parts to come in and be installed. Our Frigidaire refrigerator was installed the same day. I bought over $100 worth of groceries and filled in the next day. They were frozen solid and the Water dispenser filter was blown apart. We had to wait for that to be repaired. We had an entire kitchen remodel and I™€™m stuck with these lemons of appliances. The dishwasher doesn™€™t clean or dry well and I can™€™t get as much on the racks as I could with my old KitchenAid.another annoying thing about the microwave pulled down handle is that you have to be standing dead center in front of it and can only pull it down from the absolute center of the handle. Don™€™t try pulling it down at all If you™€™re standing to the side of it a little in front of the counter. You™€™ll wrench your arm and it won™€™t open anyway. Stupid!

Get ready for a blast of hot air

This oven vents hot air from the oven or microwave into the room. Why vent hot air when that's what you want to keep in the oven? I mentioned to Frigidaire so they sent a repair technician who explained that's what ovens do. The hot air exits at a noticeable rate and it's at head height so very noticeable. Heating up the kitchen on a summer day is not the right way to go. The owner's manual states that air must be vented in order to heat properly. In my opinion this oven vents way too much air. Energy is being wasted. Doesn't make sense.

Defective product

Brand new oven does not work. After paying to install the oven, found out that oven does not work and stops with error message. Frigidaire sent their tech just to found out the brand new $2500 appliance oven cooling fan it defective. He had to order the part to come back the following week to repair it. Oh, and he does not touch the electrical attachment to the wall. I have to pay the electrician again to disconnect it then he will change the part and then I have to pay the electrician again to reconnect it. This is the mess that an incompetent company can create for you. Apparently there is no quality control. It shows that they did not even bother to check the oven after the assembly. This shows the huge level of carelessness from a company. I would not recommend this brand to anybody.

Upgrading from a 2000 wall oven, they have added a lot of nice features all in one. I hope it lasts as long as my last one did.

Cabinet Combo

Since I didn't want the under cabinet or above stovetop mounted microwave with a cheap exhaust fan and my wife refused to have a counter top model, the in cabinet won out. I had to switch out the older but fully functional double oven which was only used during the holidays anyways. It's a major purchase with install and some finish carpentry work required but brought the kitchen remodel all together. I'm excited to use several of the other cooking, baking and air fryer options.

Unit stopped working after 10 days. Delivered on 7/19 and control board died on 7/29. Frigidaire vendor trying to repair. I need a replacement. Would you want a repair if your new car engine died after 10 days. Should be ashamed of themselves. Appliance vendor, Dependable Appliance in Staten Island NY has refused to send report to Frigidaire claiming it is not needed and I just need to make a decision on whether they should order parts or not. Frigidaire is saying they need report for Master Technician to review. In the meantime i am left without a working oven or microwave. Totally disgusted after spending over $2000.

I selected Frigidaire for two reasons---over the years I have had several Frigidaire appliances and have never had any malfunction and this oven combo has all the new features I am hearing about plus a couple I have never heard of. An excellent sale price helped too. The delivery and installation went well-----------------------------

Nice upgrade option for price

Replaced my 15+ year unit that had been serviced 2x. Many nice new features for us (convection, airfry, temp probe, etc). The touchscreen is a good and speedier alternative to fumbling with lots of buttons on the front. Gives it a much cleaner look and is more in line with what is commonplace on other tech devices are now. Hopefully the board will last as long as the rest of the unit. Overall very pleased.

New oven/microwave combo

The new oven, microwave combo works great. It takes a little bit to get used to it with everything all electric and not having buttons like our older oven. I wish the microwave had more light in it to see your food cooking in it though. 1 little light in the corner isn't adequate enough to see everything.

Really enjoying the features and versatility

This unit is really nice in that between the microwave and stove there are seemingly dozens of cooking variations. The manual is well written and explains everything. So far we have used the microwave for convection baking and the oven for baking / broiling and everything has came out excellent . Touch screen is great too.

My wife has decided to host a Baking Camp for the grandchildren and their friends. A second oven has made this possible. I do much of the holiday cooking for our family gathering, so I'm looking forward to baking the Turkey, dressing, casseroles and pies without trying doubling up.

First time buying Frigidaire and my last! I bought a microwave/oven combo that costs close $3,000 and after being installed for only 9 months the digital panel went out. Warranty is still good, however I™€™ve never had a appliance company not stand behind their products like Frigidaire. Other competitor brands always try to provide assistance or supply some sort of heating source to decrease the burden until my replacement parts come in the next couple of weeks but Frigidaire could not offer anything! So here is your warning buy another brand!
