I had the misfortune of having my old GE refrigerator suddenly stop working on a Thursday evening. The next day I went to my local appliance store and started shopping. I was constrained by height so this model was one of a few I had to choose from. I do love the style and look. I added an ice maker and at first was concerned it was up to the task, but all is good now. I will say that for an older person, it can be a tad challenging to bend down and access the fruit and vegetable drawers. Otherwise, I™™m very happy with this model. It ultimately will become a secondary refrigerator for my garage after I complete some remodeling, but for now it™™s just right.

Unit lasted less than 6 months and was hardly used in a vacation home. Bought in Florida - Have seen people with the same exact problems with this unit - just will stop working entirely after 6 months. When calling for service they try to sell you an even longer $165 extended maintenance on this pc of garbage. Then on too of it the CS agents tried to book a repair shop over several hours away from where it is and lied to us on the phone.

It's quiet, Well-built and the finish is nice. It has tempered-glass shelves and clear side shelves, making it a snap to locate items. It regulates the temperature well in both main compartment and the freezer (which I actually checked with a calibrated thermometer).

So far the refrigerator has been excellent - the best one we have had during our 65 years of married life. It is just the right size inside and out. We especially like the drawer that covers the width of the refrigerator. The door shelves are very good for large items such as milk cartons.

There is lots of space. Especially the door pockets. I like that it holds several gallons. However, the glass shelves are not equipped to hold more than a whole case of water bottles. The glass starts to bow in the center which impedes the drawer from opening/closing properly. Other than that we love it.

I recently purchased this Frigidaire to replace another name brand refrigerator that I purchased three years ago which, from the very first day of delivery, I was not satisfied with. After less than three years my old unit developed a leak in the compressor and could not be repaired. From day one I was very pleased with my new Frigidaire which seems to be well made and designed to run more efficiently. It™™s nice to have a refrigerator that doesn™™t have to run for five hours just to compensate for the fact that I opened the door to take something out. We bought our new refrigerator to replace an old Frigidaire refrigerator that was over 25 years old. We purchased it used, but we used it for over 25 years! Even though it was still running, the door gasket was failing. We never even had to have any service on it! Rather than replace the door gasket, we decided to buy a new one. We wouldn't even look at any other brand because of our excellent experience with Frigidaire. So far, we are very happy with our new Frigidaire and know we made an excellent choice!

Refrigerator freezes food, freezer portion works ok. After 4 months with zero help from Frigidaire or their 3rd party technician to fix the unit they now refuse to admit there is a problem. They also refuse to give our money back, we certainly do want another Frigidaire with the same lack of quality or support. Frigidaire is no longer the company that I depended on for high quality products and support.

First, the delivery guys brought the ice maker separately and installed it incorrectly. Then, Nebraska Furniture Mart exchanged it for a "new" fridge that looks used to me, with the ice maker installed. Then the delivery guys didn't level it or lock the feet. Don't use Nebraska Furniture Mart. Also, the ice maker takes forever to make ice.

Great room in freezer and fridge. Shelves fit full gallon size containers without squeezing in. Doors shut solid and keeps the seal. Light is bright enough to see but soft enough not to blind. Food is cold where it needs to be and not frozen with frost where it needs to be.
